Your Pack Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fedex and are delivered within 3-5 business days within USA. International shipments are delivered within 3-8 business days

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Please Note:

At the moment we can only deliver to destinations in USA, and Canada. European Union and other countries coming soon.

Returns

Please contact juvenile-support@cforth.com with your order number within 14 days of purchase.  

We are unable to exchange products, however, a refund may be issued depending on claim if made within the designated time period
